The knife was very sharp from the manufacturer. I do like the knife, I’m not sure about the handle at the end of the handle. It’s a little pointing, and sometimes it jabs my hand, but other than that, I do like the knife.

Super pretty in the box. The magnetic cover is actually nice and not flimsy. This cut through carrot with almost no pressure and was easy to use. I find 8" knives to be too unwieldy so this size is perfect for me. Zero regrets on this splurge!
