    Gangshan Tomato/Cheese Knife

    I recently bought a Gangshan 5-inch Tomato/Cheese Knife. It is indispensable for cutting thin slices of tomatoes. It is also great for other vegetables. The weight and balance of the knife make it a joy to use and sharp Swedish steel blade makes effortless cuts each time.
