    Super sharp

    Sharpest knife I own. Cuts into meat and other stuff like butter! Very pleased. Highly recommend.

    Poor quality

    After one use the metal of the blade totally pitted and now chunks of metal are missing from the blade. Really disappointing and also scary since the only time I used it was to carve Christmas prime rib for a house full of people!
