    They are well balanced, correct weight, sharp, they get the job done better than anything I’ve used

    Great Knife!

    I received the knife and noticed it didn’t match the set I had bought. I messed up and ordered this N1 Boning Knife instead of the TN1 Boning Knife. Completely my fault not Cangshan.

    I’ve used it a couple times and I am very impressed.

    I’m new to the world of Cangshan and so far it has been a phenomenal set of knives.
