The KITA Series is a bold statement of traditional design coupled with innovative materials. Exceptionally sharp and striking in design, these hand sharpened knives feature a unique hammered texture across the face of the high alloy X7 full tang blades. Beautiful blue G-10 fiberglass perfectly highlight the comfortable octagon shaped handle while allowing the distinct mosaic pin to shine. Each knife comes with a deep blue wood magnetic Saya-style sheath that makes storage secure and easy.

    Excellent small Nakiri

    Great small knife- excellent balance and functionality. Very sharp and really like the magnetic sheath. Have lots of Cangshan and really like it.

    Beautiful & functional

    This knife is super sharp right out of the box. I made razor thin carrot slices with almost no effort. The pieces didn't get all stuck on the blade. I can already tell this is going to be a workhorse. I wasn't sure if I'd like the edges on the handle but it's comfortable. The magnetic cover feels substantial, something actually worth keeping. Beautiful presentation in the box.
